Jason attended Grace College fully planning a career in math and computer programming. After one semester he switched his major to graphic design and never looked back. But that programming knowledge paid off, because the year he graduated was the year the internet took off—and websites are the ultimate combination of design and programming.
When not in front of a computer, Jason enjoys creating with his hands. Printmaking is a passion and so is wood-based fine art. Both of those effort may soon be showing up at Horst Arts.
But spending time with his family—incuding two young children—tops all work. He teaches his children there's nothing like a road trip with an unsure destination. Maybe that's why the Horst Arts endeavor is so exciting.
