Quaint tourist attraction in Lancaster County

Visitors to Lancaster County love finding unique experiences—and creating activities you can’t find anywhere else in the area is our goal at Horst Arts Center. Whether you’re visiting Lancaster County with your family, with a church group, with friends, or as a business trip, we offer DIY workshops and creative experiences for all age groups, whatever the skill level.

As a visitor to Lancaster County, how do you participate in our events? There are two way. First, you can check out our schedule of public workshops that anyone can sign up for. These are single-workshop experiences—not multi-day classes. If our schedule doesn’t match yours, you’re not out of luck. Any of our workshop can be run as a private event at no additional cost. We only ask that there be at least five participants or that you pay the equivalent of five participants if you have less than five folks.

Contact us to work out a date that works for you and us. We’re generally available both daytime and evening hours. Even if you’re finding us at the last minute, don’t hesitate to check with us. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate you and make your visit to Lancaster County a great one.

Horst Arts Center is located in Manheim, less than a half-hour drive from Lancaster City, and Lititz’ neighbor to the west. Plus there is a free municipal parking lot directly behind our building on Wolf Street.
