Say It With Paper

Scraps of paper come together to form something beautiful.

The Bridal Engagement

The Bridal Engagement

Make your wedding weekend more memorable—and fun!

OK, so we're still planning the details of this event. It's going to operate very much like The Great Create (see above)—only it's going to have unique challenges revolving around a wedding theme.

Engage your bridal party with light competition. Who is going to judge this event? Why the bride, of course! That's our recommendation—however we will gladly supply the judging for you. We will work with you to plan a fun event that works with your timeline and your ideas.

Note that this event will launch in the early spring. However, you can contact Katherine Horst to get more details about this event and to potentially book a time. Below are some general guidelines:

  • Only eight individuals can compete, though others can be present to enjoy watching the activities.
  • Someone from your party can act as the judge—or a judge will be provided for your event
  • Time slots can be arranged for daytime or evening hours.
  • Each participant will receive a commemorative embroidered apron to keep as part of the event (optional).
  • Contact us to discuss pricing.
  • Coffee and snacks will be provided.
  • The event will take two to two and a half hours.

There's no fee and no set activity. Simply bring your supplies and work on your project while hanging out with other area artists.

Note that while this is a free event, you will be required to sign up. Open Studio dates will begin in February or March. Stay tuned to this page for more details or sign up for our newsletter below.
